Contact us
The quickest way is from the app: open Settings › Report a problem. Tell us what happened, add a screenshot if it helps (your iPhone model and iOS version are included unless you turn that off), and tap Send. Copiya opens an email to us, ready to go, from your own Mail; you can see everything in it and nothing is sent until you tap Send. We reply to the address it came from.
Or email support@reludellc.com. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
Set up the double-tap
- Open Copiya and follow the setup guide (Settings › Setup guide). It shows you, tap by tap, how to add the Copiya shortcut in Apple’s Shortcuts app.
- Then open iPhone Settings › Accessibility › Touch › Back Tap › Double Tap and choose “Copiya”.
- Try it: double-tap the back of your iPhone in any app.
Copying
- Double-tap the back of your iPhone. Copiya opens with every word ready to select.
- Phone numbers, emails and addresses show in green: tap one to copy just that.
- Otherwise tap the first word, then the last, and tap Copy. Tap another word to change where it starts or ends.
- Swipe right along the bar at the bottom of the screen (or tap the app’s name at the top-left, if iPhone shows it) to go back, and paste.
Safari
Turn on the Copiya extension in iPhone Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions (on iOS 17: Settings › Safari › Extensions) and allow it on websites. Then, in Safari, tap the page menu in the address bar › Copiya to select right on the page or capture the whole page. Copiya loads a captured page fresh, so pages that need you signed in may not capture the way you see them. With the extension on, a double-tap in Safari opens the whole page in Copiya (not in Private Browsing or on sign-in pages).
Copiya OverFlow (Copiya Premium)
- In Copiya, tap Start capture, then Start OverFlow Capture. On iOS 18 or later you can also add its Control Center button. iPhone asks on its own sheet first; no app can skip that.
- Scroll or swipe through what you want, pausing a moment on each screen. Copiya saves each screen you pause on, and a screen about every half page while you keep scrolling.
- Come back to Copiya to finish, or tap Done in the Dynamic Island or on the Lock Screen. A capture also stops by itself after 3 minutes or 30 screens.
- Leave out any screen you don’t want, choose Auto crop, then save as text, separate pictures, one tall picture or a grid.
To save just the screen you’re on, triple-tap the back of your iPhone. Set it up in Copiya › Settings › Set up OverFlow, or tap Set it up on the Copiya OverFlow card.
Subscription and billing
Copiya Premium is $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year (or the local price shown in the App Store), billed through your Apple Account, and renews automatically until you cancel. New subscribers get 14 days free; the trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel at least a day before it ends. Or pay $29.99 once and keep it forever, with nothing to renew or cancel.
- Cancel: Copiya › Settings › Cancel subscription, or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Copiya.
- New iPhone: Copiya › Settings › Restore Purchases.
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Which devices?
Any iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Copiya is made for iPhone.
This website
The Copiya website sets no cookies and uses no trackers, and the same Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cookies and Accessibility pages apply to it. If a page or link on this site isn’t working, email support@reludellc.com.
Deleting your data
Everything Copiya keeps is on your iPhone. Copiya › Settings › Delete Everything removes it, and deleting the app removes everything too.
